Electric vehicles are becoming more popular on the road for several reasons;

 

EV produce no tailpipe emissions and reduce the dependency on oil and gas. They are significantly cheaper to operate and maintain. 

 

New York State and utilities are encouraging the installation of EV charging stations and offering incentives toward install costs.
